The General Overseer of the Later Rain Assembly, Pastor Tunde Bakare, on Friday told Nigerians to be patient with the current administration of President muhammadu Buhari, stressing that there is ‘no pain without gain’.
Pastor Bakare made the statement after a meeting with the President that lasted for about an hour.
He entered the Presidential Villa at about 2:45pm local time and went straight to the President’s office for the meeting said to be private.
Addressing reporters, Pastor Bakare said that he was happy that the President was doing well health wise.

In answer to the questions on the performance of the administration, he said that the current administration inherited a lot of rot.
“There is no pain without gain,” he said, assuring nigerians that President Buhari will not disappoint them.
Pastor Bakare is an ally of the President and was his running mate in the 2011 presidential election won by Goodluck Jonathan.
Also at the Villa to see the President was the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Yakubu Dogara.
It is the second time the Speaker of the House of Representatives is visiting the Presidential Villa within two weeks.
