Access to Justice (A2J) has approached the Kaduna State Government to start the arraignment of all the military officers prosecuted by the Justice Garba Judicial Panel report as it is doing with individuals from Shiite development.
The gathering, in an announcement embraced by its executive, Mr. Joseph Otteh, said Kaduna State government is indicting more than 200 people for the passing of one warrior without raising a yowl more than 348 occupants, professedly having a place with the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) executed amid the fracas.
