Nigerian attacker Peter Odemwingie is on trial at newly-promoted Premier League club Hull City and is set to feature in a friendly on Tuesday night.
The 35-year-old was released by Stoke City at the end of the 2015/16 season, having spent a couple of months loan at Bristol City.
The Tigers confirmed the player’s trial period on their official Twitter account, @HullCity: “We can confirm that Peter Odemwingie is on trial at the Club and is expected to feature in Tuesday night’s game at Mansfield Town.”

Hull are on the lookout for strikers after releasing Nigerian Sone Aluko, leaving them short of backup for £10million signing Abel Hernandez.
Odemwingie has also featured for the likes of Lille, Lokomotiv Moscow, West Bromwich Albion and Cardiff City in his club career.
