The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the Presidency endorsed the grains for discharge to Borno from the National Strategic Grains Reserve in April.
President Muhammadu Buhari had in April requested the prompt arrival of 10,000 tons of grains to the six North Eastern states to pad the impact of the Boko Haram uprising.
