The conventional leader of Iba, Oba Goriola Oseni yesterday night recovered his flexibility from suspected criminals who whisked him away three weeks prior.
It was learnt that the 73-year old Lagos State ruler was liberated after payment was professedly given over to his abductors who killed no less than two people the day the ruler was grabbed.
The Nation learnt that the ruler paddled himself home at around 9:20pm on a kayak which was given him by his ruffians.
It was assembled that security agents likewise captured one General Duba, charged to be the second in order of the group that hijacked the ruler.
As per a source, the ruler's relatives had before separated with N12 million few days after the shooters kidnapped the ruler yet declined to discharge him.
They were said to have requested for extra N5million, which was raised by the Council of Obas and other well wishers.
The Lagos State Police order affirmed the ruler's discharge, including that endeavors were to capture other escaping individuals from the posse.
