James Comey, the FBI Director, in testifying before the US Congress, slammed Hillary Clinton for using her private email for official communication while being the Secretary of State. He described her as being extremely careless in handling the issue. She is not as technically sophisticated as people assume and her server was less secure than Gmail. With all these damming reports, the FBI insists that she will not be charged for any offence because the Bureau could not prove any fraudulent intent.
