Six Undergraduates Feared Dead in Ghastly Auto Crash in Ekiti

Ado-Ekiti — Six undergraduates of the Ekiti State University Ado Ekiti reportedly lost their lives one day in a fatal auto crash which occurred in front of the institution.
An eyewitness account said that the victims, whose names could be ascertained as at press time, died on the spot after their vehicle had a head-on collision with a mini bus popularly called 'akoto'.
However, the Police Public Relations Officer, in the command, Mr. Alberto Adeyemi, who confirmed the development said his men had evacuated five dead bodies and deposited them in the morgue of the Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital.
An eye-witness told journalists that the crash was caused by some heavily drunk boys suspected to be internet fraudsters, popularly called 'Yahoo-yahoo boys' who ran into a mini-commercial bus conveying students from the campus.
"The yahoo-yahoo boys must have been heavily drunk and they drove carelessly and collided with the commercial bus.

"Six people died on the spot while one of them is hanging between life and death now. The Federal Road Safety have taken the corpse of the dead to the morgue."
